Delivery and returns

Available pieces are shipped from my workshop in Creuse, France.

Shipping within France

For orders within France, several shipping options may be available depending on the pieces ordered:

  • - Colissimo
  • - Mondial Relay

For Mondial Relay delivery, please indicate your preferred pickup point during checkout. This information is required in order to prepare the shipment correctly.

Shipping within Europe and internationally

Shipping to selected European Union countries and selected non-EU countries may be available depending on the options shown at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the destination country before the order is confirmed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local formalities may apply in the destination country. Any such costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Order preparation

Each piece is carefully packed to protect the wood, delicate forms and finishes during transport.

Available pieces are generally shipped within a few working days. Times may vary depending on workshop availability or the order period.

Receiving your parcel

Upon delivery, please check the condition of the parcel and the piece.

If the parcel is damaged, opened or shows signs of impact, it is recommended to make a claim with the carrier or refuse the parcel if necessary.

In case of any issue, please contact me quickly with photographs of the parcel, packaging and piece concerned.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except in cases provided by law, especially for personalized or custom-made pieces.

Before returning any piece, please contact me through the Contact page to receive the necessary return information.

The piece must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and properly protected in suitable packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in case of an error on my part or a defect noticed upon receipt.

The refund is issued after the returned piece has been received and checked.

Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination country and the selected shipping method.

Indicative rates:

  • - France — Colissimo: €9
  • - France — Mondial Relay: 6 €
  • - European Union outside France: €15
  • - United States and non-EU countries: €30
