Delivery and returns<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Available pieces are shipped from my workshop in Creuse, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping within France<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For orders within France, several shipping options may be available depending on the pieces ordered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • - Mondial Relay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    For Mondial Relay delivery, please indicate your preferred pickup point during checkout. This information is required in order to prepare the shipment correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Shipping within Europe and internationally<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Shipping to selected European Union countries and selected non-EU countries may be available depending on the options shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the destination country before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local formalities may apply in the destination country. Any such costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Order preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each piece is carefully packed to protect the wood, delicate forms and finishes during transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Available pieces are generally shipped within a few working days. Times may vary depending on workshop availability or the order period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Receiving your parcel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Upon delivery, please check the condition of the parcel and the piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the parcel is damaged, opened or shows signs of impact, it is recommended to make a claim with the carrier or refuse the parcel if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In case of any issue, please contact me quickly with photographs of the parcel, packaging and piece concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Returns<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except in cases provided by law, especially for personalized or custom-made pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Before returning any piece, please contact me through the Contact page to receive the necessary return information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The piece must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and properly protected in suitable packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in case of an error on my part or a defect noticed upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The refund is issued after the returned piece has been received and checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
