The website offers handmade wooden creations, made in my workshop in Creuse, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These may include decorative pieces, woodturned objects, soliflores, pods, decorative mushrooms, pendulums, small studio collections or other creations available online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur from one item to another: shape, dimensions, color, grain, texture, finish or details related to the material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Photographs are intended to be as accurate as possible, but slight differences may appear depending on lighting, screen settings or the natural variations of wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some pieces are unique or available in very small quantities. Orders are shipped from the workshop located in Creuse, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Mondial Relay delivery, the customer must indicate the desired pickup point during checkout. Without this information, the order cannot be properly prepared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orders are carefully packed to protect the pieces during transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preparation and shipping times may vary depending on workshop availability. Available pieces are generally shipped within a few working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Transport times then depend on the carrier chosen and the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local formalities may apply in the destination country. Any such costs remain the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer must check the condition of the parcel and the piece upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the parcel is damaged, opened or shows signs of deterioration, it is recommended to refuse the parcel or make reservations with the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of any problem noticed upon delivery, the customer must contact Kevin Trouillet EI as soon as possible, with photographs of the parcel, the packaging and the piece concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, consumer customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To exercise this right, the customer must inform Kevin Trouillet EI of the decision to withdraw, by email or through the Contact page of the website, before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and properly protected in suitable packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on my part or a defect noticed upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The refund is issued after the returned piece has been received and checked, or after proof of return shipment has been provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The refund covers the price of the product and, where applicable, the initial standard shipping costs. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer will not be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized creations or pieces made to order according to the customer\u2019s specific requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This may include, in particular, a made-to-measure piece, a specific finish, engraving, adaptation of shape, color, dimensions, or any creation made according to the customer\u2019s particular instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before returning any item, the customer must contact Kevin Trouillet EI in order to receive return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The piece must be returned in sufficiently protective packaging. The customer is responsible for properly protecting the piece during return transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any item returned damaged, incomplete or deteriorated due to improper handling or insufficient packaging may result in a reduction of the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The products sold benefit from the applicable legal guarantees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of lack of conformity or hidden defect, the customer may contact Kevin Trouillet EI so that an appropriate solution can be sought in accordance with the applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Natural variations in wood, differences in grain, color nuances, slight irregularities related to handmade work or normal changes in the wood do not necessarily constitute a defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the pieces offered are decorative objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are not intended for food use, to hold water, to be used as toys, or to be exposed to humidity, excessive heat or conditions that may alter the wood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For soliflores, pods and decorative objects, the intended use is specified on the product page when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The photographs, texts, creations, forms, visuals and content displayed on kevintrouillet.com are protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any reproduction, use or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
